Shlomit Grayevsky Director, ALEH Jerusalem
Shlomit is Director of the ALEH Jerusalem Center, home to children ranging in age from a few weeks to age 21. The Center also offers daycare, outpatient treatment and special education services to the special needs community at large.
Shlomit’s responsibilities include supervision of the special education school and round-the-clock clinical services, and coordination of a multidisciplinary staff including all caregivers. She is in regular contact with local and governmental ministries, and is closely involved with budget management, project development and planning, and the development of an innovative nursing care unit.
Shlomit’s experience has been honed over the past 18 years in her various positions in hospitals throughout Jerusalem. She served as staff nurse in the neurosurgical intensive care unit at Hadassah Hospital. In addition, she was a clinical instructor at the Bikur Cholim and Shaarei Tzedek Hospital schools of nursing, where she served as both surgical nursing instructor and course coordinator for the Pediatric Intensive Care nursing course.
