JNF Chairman Danny Atar Visits ALEH Bnei Brak
Danny Atar, CEO of the Jewish National Fund (JNF) paid a visit to ALEH Bnei Brak together with other JNF officials, all of whom were deeply impressed by the devoted care imparted to ALEH residents by dedicated staff.
Rabbi Yehuda Marmorstein, ALEH founder and CEO, led the visit through the ALEH Bnei Brak facility, as well as a trip to the soon-to-be-completed new educational complex under construction in the city’s northern part section. Atar met with parents of children with complex disabilities, hearing from them about the challenges and hardships they face and the innovative solutions provided by ALEH.
Atar participated in an animal-therapy workshop and took part in a presentation emphasizing ways in which new technologies can be harnessed for the benefit of residents, including alternative communication via “virtual reality” and 3D.
After seeing the present center, Atar visited ALEH’s new soon-to-be-completed, state-of-the-art Educational Center in northern Bnei Brak. The visit ended with recitation of Psalms and prayers for the well-being of residents of Southern Israel and IDF soldiers who were coping with Hamas rocket fire at the time of the visit.
Danny Atar summed up his emotional visit to ALEH with words of support: “This was the first time that I visited and saw your special activity. It is very exciting and warms the heart to know that in our competitive world there are people who dedicate their entire lives to caring for Am Yisrael.”
