Israeli Bride Spends Wedding Day with Disabled Children
Only Simchas On a bride’s wedding day usually the day is all about her. This special bride didn’t feel that way on her wedding day.
Tehila Hillel focused on that which is most important to her. Hillel is a longtime ALEH volunteer and chose to spend the morning of her wedding with ALEH’s amazing kids.
She felt that it was specifically important to share the day with Yitzchak, a severely disabled boy with whom she has developed a very strong bond.
“If Yitzchak cannot join me at the wedding because of his condition, I will come to him,” said the glowing bride. “It is a dream to be here at ALEH on the day of my wedding surrounded by so many pure souls.”
Mazal tov Tehila! We wish you a lifetime of happiness and success. Thank you for your dedication to the children and always reminding us what is important in life.
