In July our monthly volunteer outing took place in Jerusalem. After an interesting meeting and a small tour in our Jerusalem facilities, especially for our new arrivals, we went to the Shuk (market). After a delicious lunch, we took had a photo safari on the Jerusalem market. We all had a lot of fun and great pictures were made! Then we went to the Gush Katif Museum where we could learn more about the history and evacuation 10 years ago of Gush Katif (the Jewish villages in the Gaza Strip) and its impact on the Israeli population.
Finally we enjoyed a little ice cream – I look forward to next time! Will you be there?
