BIG man, GIANT heart, HUGE gift!

Since 2005, Curtis Sparks from Anchorage, Alaska, has been spending his summer vacations volunteering at ALEH’s residential facility in Jerusalem.  From day one, six-foot-five Curtis felt a special connection with tiny Efrat, a resident with multiple disabilities, and the two became virtually inseparable.  During the winter months, Curtis makes sure to stay in touch with Efrat and the ALEH staff, connecting with them regularly via e-mail and WhatsApp and sporadically surprising them with greeting cards, flowers, and small gifts.  Two weeks ago, Curtis asked permission to send Efrat a LARGE gift.  On Thursday, the gift arrived.  The pictures speak for themselves.  The world needs more people like Curtis.
